Filling In Your Club Onboarding Form >
Getting your club set up starts with one form. Once you've selected your membership plan, you'll receive a link to your club onboarding form — this is where you give us everything we need to build your site.
The form covers your club identity and colours, your squad and player details, your sponsors, your admin users, and your social media profiles. You don't need everything to hand on day one — complete as much as you can and we'll follow up on anything outstanding before we begin your build.
The form is designed to be completed on any device and takes most clubs around 20 to 30 minutes. Once submitted you'll receive an automatic confirmation email and the LYFC team will be in touch within 2 working days to confirm your build start date.

How We Receive Your Form & Start Building >
Once your onboarding form is submitted, here's exactly what happens:
Your submission lands instantly with both the LYFC team and our build partner. You'll receive an automatic confirmation to your inbox straight away.
Within 2 working days we'll review your submission, confirm receipt, and agree a build start date with you. If anything is missing or unclear we'll be in touch to fill the gaps before work begins.
Your site is then built to your club's brand, colours, crest, content, players, sponsors, and all. Once the initial build is complete we'll share a preview link for you to review before anything goes live.
You review, we refine, and once you're happy we publish. From form submission to a live club website, most builds are completed within 7 to 10 working days subject to the timely provision of all assets.

Your club website comes with a simple, powerful admin dashboard that lets you keep everything up to date without any technical knowledge.
From your admin area you can update player profiles and squad listings, post match results and fixture updates, publish news and blog articles, manage your sponsor pages, update your club shop, and control who has access to your site.
Your dashboard is clean, intuitive, and designed for club administrators, not developers. Everything is point and click. The LYFC team provides training for up to 5 admin users as part of your onboarding, covering all the core functions you'll use day to day.

Player Payments & Registration including What Players See & What Admins See >
What the player experiences.
A player arrives on your club membership page, selects their registration, and completes the secure payment and registration form in one seamless journey. Payment is processed via Stripe and Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported on eligible devices.
Immediately after completing registration the player receives an automatic confirmation email containing a summary of their submitted details, their payment receipt, and a message explaining that their registration is under review and a club administrator will activate their account within 24 hours.
Players cannot access the members area or appear on the squad page until an admin has reviewed and approved their registration.
What the admin sees.
Every new registration lands in your admin dashboard in real time. You'll see the player's submitted details, their payment status, and a simple approve or decline action. Once approved the player's profile is activated and they receive access confirmation automatically.
You can view all registrations, filter by status, export records, and manage your full membership list from one place. Payment receipts and submission summaries are stored against each record for your reference.

Club Shop and Sales - What You See in the Backend >
How the shop works.
Your club shop is fully integrated into your website and connected to your Keep Attacking kit and merchandise catalogue. Supporters and members can browse products, select sizes, and purchase directly through your site using card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Every sale generates revenue for your club.
What you see as admin.
Your shop dashboard gives you a real-time view of every order placed through your club store. You can see order details, customer information, payment status, and fulfilment status. New orders trigger an automatic notification to your nominated admin email so nothing gets missed.
For kit and merchandise orders placed through the Keep Attacking integration, fulfilment is handled directly by Keep Attacking. Your dashboard shows the order status and you can track progress through to delivery without any manual handling on your part.
Revenue reporting is available within your dashboard so you can see at a glance how your shop is performing month by month and which products are selling.
